Volunteer Job Descriptions

To register for a volunteer job, click on Volunteer Registration under the Visitors section on the left side bar.

GENERAL FLOATER:

Responsibilities to include distributing balloons, monitoring sand box, assist with daily opening/closing, sweeping, trash/recycling, distributing supplies, set up/take down and other general duties as needed.

SALES/GREETER:

Responsibilities to include sales, customer service, cash handling and set up/take down in sales booth.  Must be outgoing, energetic and comfortable asking for donations at entry gates.  Training may be provided prior to event.

SET UP/TAKE DOWN:

Responsibilities to include setting up and taking down tables, fences, signs etc.  This is a medium to heavy labor position.

KIDS INSPIRATION CENTER:

Responsibilities to include setting up, cleaning and assisting with the Kids Inspiration Center.

FACE PAINTING:

Responsibilities to include setting up, face painting with provided kit at designated tables and cleaning up.  Volunteers should have prior face painting experience or come early for training.
